Focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates Helping with mobility and stability through gentle movement - using chi balls, stretch bands and light dumbells
Pilates is fantastic for assisting with pelvic floor issues.
I will be able to assist you with many pelvic floor problems and help you work on strengthening the core and back during the classes
