I am fully qualifed to work with mums to be and post natal mums. This is extremely important to ensure the safety of the mother and baby.
I will fully adapt your programme so that every session with me has your's and your baby's best interest at heart.
Once your baby is born, we can work together to ensure your stomach muscles go back to pre pregnancy and work gently to get you back to pre pregnancy shape. As a pelvic floor coach, I will also ensure that all exercises protect and strengthen your core and your pelvic floor in the best way possible
