Hi, I'm Kirsty Beckwith.
I help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies through Pilates, mobility training, pelvic floor education, personal training, and Hypopressives.
Based in Mytchett, Surrey, I teach both face-to-face and online classes, working with clients of all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking to improve your core strength, regain confidence after having children, reduce aches and pains, improve your posture, or simply move with more ease and freedom, I'm here to help.
My approach focuses on quality of movement rather than punishment or extremes. I believe exercise should support your body, not wear it down.
Pilates is at the heart of everything I teach. It helps develop core strength, stability, balance, posture, flexibility, and body awareness. My classes are suitable for all levels, and I always provide options so that everyone can work at a pace that feels right for them.
Many people struggle with symptoms such as leaking, pelvic heaviness, poor core connection, or a lack of confidence when exercising. As a Pelvic Floor Coach, I help clients understand how their body works and how to exercise safely and effectively to support pelvic floor function.
I am a qualified Hypopressives Instructor, offering this innovative method designed to improve postural function, breathing mechanics, core activation, and pelvic floor health. Hypopressives can be particularly beneficial for women looking to reconnect with their core, improve posture, and support long-term pelvic health.
For clients looking for individual support, I offer one-to-one personal training from my private studio or on Zoom. Every programme is tailored to your goals, ability, and lifestyle, whether you want to build strength, improve fitness, increase confidence in the gym, or simply feel healthier and more energetic.
I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Pilates, Pelvic Floor Coaching, Lower Back Pain Management, Obesity and Diabetes Exercise Referral, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, and Level 1 Hypopressives.
My goal is to provide evidence-based, supportive coaching that helps you achieve lasting results while respecting your body's needs.
Every client starts with 2 half price sessions. This gives us the opportunity to ascertain what it is you need from the sessions together, and .or you to ascertain if this is right for you. Together we'll create a personalised plan that works for you and helps you build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with movement.
