Chair Pilates classes for those less mobile
Join me for a fun class using light dumbells, chi balls and stretch bands. Helping you gain better mobility and strengthening muscle.
90% of the class is seated, working all of the body. The other 10% is optional standing exercises working the legs and practicing some balance work. However, do not be put off if you have issues standing as all of the exercises can be adapted for those wishing to remain seated.
