Each client will receive a free no obligation consultation. We will meet to discuss, goals and any health issues. We will work together to fill out the folowing documents.

Client trainer agreement - my obligation to you (the client) and the clients obligation to the trainer.
If the client decides to book a personal training session we can then go ahead and book a time and day to start
All your sessions will take place at my home gym in Tiptree
Your first session with me will be to work through mobility exercises, mobility measurements body measurements (if you require them)and then we will run through some exercises to work out your strength and range of motion.
Each time we meet we will be working towards your goals. I will ensure you have the correct form and technique. I will spot you when needed and I will encourage and motivate you throughout your sessions as well as outside of your sessions.
I run a clients only private Facebook page and if you wish to be added I can do so You will have access to myself between sessions for advice and motivation.
You will also gain free access to kbt online personal training app where you will be able to see all your workouts, update your measurements and log your food diary.
My home gym has a variety of equipment.
