What happens next?
I will send you a detailed questionnaire and a food diary for you to complete. You have to be completely honest when filling out these documents, as this is the information I will use to write up your bespoke nutrition plan.
I then analyse the information you give me and produce a detailed dietary analysis and plan of action. I will include foods you eat regularly and exclude any foods you do not like and advise you on what changes need to be made so that you can get to results you want.
I will then write you a bespoke calorie, macronutrient and nutrition plan to take you through the package you have signed up for. I will also take into consideration any allergies, intolerances and your lifestyle factors.
You will receive unlimited online support and I will monitor your progression regularly. We will meet fortnightly for 1 hour to discuss progression and any changes that need to be made (if you are local to where I live). If you are not local to me then we will organise a convenient time to talk online.
