This 6-week face-to-face programme takes place at my studio in Surrey, with one-hour sessions each week designed to help you understand, connect with, and strengthen your pelvic floor.
Over the first four weeks, you’ll learn how the pelvic floor works and be guided through targeted exercises and stretches to improve awareness, control, and function. This foundation is key to building long-term strength and confidence.
In weeks five and six, we bring everything together into guided workouts that integrate all the techniques you’ve learned, tailored to your individual level and ability.
You’ll receive a comprehensive course booklet to support your learning, and each session can be recorded and sent to you so you can revisit the exercises and continue practising at home.
No equipment is required to take part in the course, although a few simple items may be recommended if you’d like to continue practising comfortably at home between sessions.
